The delay is sometimes 4-5 hours and I have had several orders that were not correct.
That’s unfortunate to hear. Have you tried reaching out to them directly to voice the issue?
Also, if someone we’re to be able to deliver in 30 minutes or less, would that be something that you’d be into? Like would you buy from them with a delivery time like that?

Great service, always professional and helpful. The delivery guys are so nice and call to let me know the ETA. I’m so glad that this service is available, I’m not able to go out due to health issues and pain. I appreciate that they can bring me my orders that day and the 1 time there was an issue with the delivery they took care of me and made me feel so appreciated. Have used them for over three years. Always prompt, courteous, and professional. Especially during these pandemic years, whereas an immune compromised individual can’t really go out into dispensaries, they have made getting the cannabis (medicine I need) easy and safe.
