Never been here before, but I've heard from friends that they're a great dispensary. It was very busy but it moved fast, they had exactly what I wanted, and Whitney helped me pick some edibles for a friend that was very pleased with the selection. And I still had more than half of the money I went in with. Amazing. Will be a frequent customer in the future.

Ken is awesome! He was so friendly while taking care of us and very knowledgeable. Loved being taken care of by him. 3 stars because as a whole, the online ordering system needs to be revamped. If an online order is placed and can’t be fulfilled for 2+ hours it’s appreciated if you could turn the ordering off. Recently had an experience where I placed an order online, went to pick up and was told online ordering was backed up although no one was in line for online pick up, the walk in line was out the door, and constantly being pushed. I had to come back 2 times before getting my online order fulfilled which didn’t make sense. If you can fulfill a walk in order you should be able to honor an online ordering system, and if not, again much appreciated if it’s turned off so we know what to expect as a customer.

I always come for the crazy good deals they have for whatever my needs are. I go weekly but today I got a $35 1/2 oz ($44 out the door) called greasy rtz @ 26.48% and love it. Breaks down great for my wraps. The employees are knowledgeable and polite.Today Megan @ the Metro center location was more than helpful and fun to interact with!! Showed me variety and very nice thank you! See you next week haha

Between the bad product and horrible service. I will drive to Payson to another Jars location before going here. Every time I go they have changed up the lines. Last time I went there was no one outside so I peaked my head in to see if the online order line was inside and damn did I get chewed out and lectured about not doing that by the guy that checked me in. Like the entire time I was in like he took 3 minutes to lecture me about not going inside - even though outside was empty. Then I pick up my pre rolls and what’s joke. $40 for a 14 pack of 1g is steep and not worth it when half them weren’t packed right and well, look at the photos. I ended up having to reroll most of them just so they were usable. The service here just keeps getting worse and clearly their product is going down hill too.

Great place to go people always friendly and knowledgeable always a great experience at jars and great prices. Elizabeth was very knowledgeable very experienced and very helpful great day at jars again. Another day at jars with Krista very very helpful I took my mom there. She loved every bit of jars gave her a little information. She said next time she comes down in a couple of weeks we're going to go back there then she loves it and she lives up in Flagstaff. Thanks again jars thanks Krista hope you all have a great weekend. Mikaela was wonderful as usual. In and out in 10 min. Love the service.

Went to this place a few days ago, and let me tell you... first dispensary in Arizona and was blown away. No pun intended. Great overall experience from my arrival to my departure. The guy up front checking ID was chill. The security guard, my goodness, beast of a guy and well protecting the area. Up to my bud tender Sean O. Very well informed, providing great tips and recommendations. Overall will go here once I Visit again. Doing a very great job!

I am re-writing this review because I felt that the one I wrote before no longer expressed my feelings regarding Jars. I love this place. I really mean that. The employees are very polite and helpful, as well as knowledgeable about the products available. Especially Riley. She has is a genuinely thoughtful bud-tender. She always reminds me when have accumulated a nice amount of points so I can get myself an unexpected treat. It's people like her that keep me coming back to jars. I live less than a half mile from a different dispensary and I still ride the bus 6 miles to come here because it's worth it. Thanks Jars!!!

I drive over 12 miles to Jars at Metro because the worlds BEST Budtender ever, TAYLOR works there! TAYLOR always greets me with such warm, friendly and professional smiles and comments! He makes me feel like a valued customer of Jars! Taylor always watches my points and helps assure I get the most product for my time and money. He knows I have MS and have been on disability since 2004. He truly makes my shopping experience at Jars worth it!!! TAYLOR deserves way more than 5 stars!!! 💫🌟✨⭐️✨🌟💫
