I had the worst experience here tonight. I bought what they sell as “shake” and it was all sticks and leaves. It’s a disgrace that a dispensary even sells such terrible product. Then when I took it back, first they said they would help me, then they said they wouldn’t and that they were closed. Rude as can be. So unbelievably rude. I wasted $35 on a half ounce of sticks and stems. I’m gonna add a picture when I get back home to take one. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dispensary. Their one star reviews are well earned. 100% do not recommend.

This used to be my go to dispo for years. From UGH to Harvest. Vibe was always 💯 from the minute you walked in. They made you feel welcomed. There are still a few good ones but bro, the rest need to get out of the customer service industry. From the budtenders to the manager. I always know what i want but had a few questions the last time I was there. The person helping me had this i don't know and I don't care attitude. I asked him if I could speak to someone else and he didn't know who to get. So I said how about your manager. He went to the back and a few minutes later came back and said she was busy and for me to come back. Uhh, What? Anyway I gave up on him answering my questions, made my purchase and took a seat in the lobby area. I seen a couple people come out from the back , one being an older tatted blonde lady. So as I sat there I called the number to the store, figured maybe I could get the manager on the phone or leave a message for her. The phone rings, I ask to speak to the manager, told him my name and what it was regarding. He put me on hold, calls the manager over, who to my surprise was that blond lady, and gives her the info. She actually said, not knowing I'm literally sitting there looking at them, tell him I am busy and take a message. I stood up and as he is telling me this, walked toward them, phone still up to my ear and laughed. They looked at me like, oh shiiiii. I left and best believe I am never going back. This company definitely needs to reevaluate who they have put in charge.

These guys always hook me up with a great deal!! It's never to busy, though I've seen a linea few times, it always moves pretty quick. Always clean, always well stocked, and smells awesome!! Thanks for helping me with my chill guys!!! See ya soon!

Polo and Lee-Anne helped me today with and issue I had with a turn pod and battery. They are problem solvers and quick to put the customers 1st! I’d give 10 stars if possible, one of the most pleasant experiences I’d ever had! Thank you again for going above and beyond! They really provided world class service! Went in yesterday had an online order, only to drive all the way there wait for someone to check me in about 3-4 minutes, then get called up to say I don’t have an online order I showed her the email and she said well it says you did but we don’t have it. Then she gets hat I ordered it won’t scan so we call for the lady manager she didn’t come so the bystander walked back there. I would say I waited another 4-5 minutes finally she came back and she was obviously very upset and crying then she called another manager Allen he come over and she said wait I don’t need you the biskante has been quarantined. Wow you had me drive all the way there and waisted time to walk out empty handed. Now it still shows I can order it so if I do am I waiting my time again??????? Previous visits were awesome, but this time I was definitely not satisfied.
